Laziness

I have a ton of laziness when it comes to working out since I haven’t been hitting any PRs and dealing with a bit of regression makes the motivation completely disappear.
Now that doesn’t mean I’m not gyming, today it’s lower body workout but I don’t feel like it. So now I’m just doing a hard cycling for as long as I can go. I played a ton of league today which was nice and so it’s a good change of pace.
I’ll be stretching more after this cycling that I’m currently doing. I can feel the burn in my legs at this second and that’s worth a lot to me.
I will get big in terms of strength, and skinny in terms of fat.
